Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or prior defects.
Losses incurred due to delays from traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Items left inside vehicles during repair or roadside service.
All work is performed with care, and we strive for full customer satisfaction, but no service is guaranteed to eliminate future mechanical issues.
7. Roadside Assistance Disclaimer
Our emergency and mobile services aim to provide fast response, but arrival times may vary due to location, availability, and safety conditions.
 We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from delays or limited service access.
8. Returns and Refunds
Refunds may be issued for unused, unopened products returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.
Services rendered (such as tire installation, repair, or towing) are non-refundable once completed.
Any dispute or complaint will be handled fairly and promptly by our customer support team.
